Woodbury Housing and Redevelopment Authority

The Woodbury Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is a legally separate public body that is a component unit of the City of Woodbury, Minnesota, created in December 2006. It adopts a property tax levy to fund housing programs, including the Woodbury First-Time Homeownership Program and the Neighborhood Reinvestment Fund, which provide loans to income-qualified homebuyers and support housing reinvestment. The Woodbury City Council serves as its board, and it meets several times per year, generally prior to City Council meetings.
