The Washington County Community Development Agency (CDA) is Washington County, Minnesota's countywide housing and community development authority, exercising the combined powers of a Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and an Economic Development Authority (EDA) under state law; it was formerly known as the Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority. The CDA owns and operates more than 1,200 units of affordable housing, provides business development and homebuyer assistance, and funds services for people experiencing homelessness, and it levies a property tax under HRA levy authority to help fund its operations.
