Policy document confirmed by direct fetch (PDF text extraction) on 2026-09-20, effective date 2026-08-31 per its own text. Searched all 163 of 216 currently-collected Washington County Board Meeting agenda records (spanning the archive's coverage to date) for any Flock/ALPR/LPR/license-plate-reader item -- zero matches. Also checked the County Board's own agenda for 2026-09-01 (the date embedded in the policy document's filename) directly -- no ALPR-related item on it either. This reflects what has been searched and found in the collected record so far, not a certainty that no vote ever occurred; last_checked should be revisited if board agenda coverage expands.

Statewide report downloaded and read directly (24-page PDF, full text extracted); this agency's rows located in the by-agency cost/count table, the Jan-Jun reason-code table, and the Jul-Dec reason-code table, and cross-checked that the two half-year counts sum to the reported annual total (30+39=69) before writing this summary. Only the 2025 report (the most recent) was checked; 2020-2024 reports exist at the same source and are not yet reviewed.
