She is expected shortly. Great. Welcome everyone to our city council meeting. Thank you for joining us today. We invite everyone to join us in standing for the Pledge of Allegiance. Events to the flag. United States. And to one nation under GOD, indivisible Consent agenda items to through 29 or before you for your consideration. No, I was hoping to pull number 13 for separate consideration. Is there anything else to come off of consents? Seeing none. We'll take a motion from vice PRESIDENT And for the balance of the consent agenda all in favor say Aye. Almost 6 in favor. None opposed the consent agenda adopted as amended item number 13 is resolution. 26 dash 3 5.34 initiating business sign zoning code study. And this is an item that is direct follow-up to our policy committee meeting just last week where we talked about the need to take a fresh look at our sign ordinance both for downtown Saint Paul, but also for citywide to try to make it easier for businesses to hang out a shingle.
Let people know that they're there just make it easier to do business in general. A pop. So this is sewing could study that we're initiating today that w hope will come back to us yet this year with some recommendations for how to do that. Just wanted to take a minute to put off of consent. Thank staff for the hard work to get this going and the hard work ahead in next any discussion. All in favor say Aye. I'll post 6 in favor. None opposed. The resolution is adopted. Take a motion from customer can for to suspend the rules in order to consider. Resolution 26 Dash 6.17, all in favor of suspending the rules but all posts. 6.17. 6 in favor. None opposed. Rules are suspended resolution 26 Dash 6.17, honoring the legacy of Dolores Huerta and recognizing 4/10/2026. As florists work today in Saint Councilmember Ken Lawson. Thank I am just going to say some brief remarks, but then I'd like to welcome to speakers to speak to share a few are small, but I'm proud to bring this resolution forward just I think speak very bluntly.
It was awkward to bring on APRIL first, which was Cesar Chavez's stay. And then we didn't his birthday. And then we didn't council that align. And so this is resolution is honoring the legacy of Dolores Huerta for birthday, which was APRIL 10th. Her birthday is recognized as a holiday in states like California, Washington and of course, or impact to the labor movement has extended far beyond her home state. So I would now like to welcome Norma Car says and Kia vignette from the academia, Cesar Chavez to come up ad join us. Please join us at diocese to share a few words as well. So to provide a little more contacts as they come friend in the middle. Thank you so much. Some of you MAY know but Diller's came and identified herself as a victim of assaults and had 2 children. She had to bear and she is a labor movement says she's much more than te pain that was caused to her.
But, you know, looking across the table, my female colleagues, we have an opportunity to certain rights history. And I'm going steal tonigh speakers here. And then I'll share a few words and I'll read brief excerpts from resolution. So the floor is Thank you so much for joining us Good afternoon, Andrea. Good afternoon. Thank you. Council members for inviting both Mizner make isis and me. Katie, having you here both of us are executive directors include directors and I condemn and stop We're both here in strong support of recognizing 4/10/2026 at the letters with here in Saint that is where legacy is rooted in the fight for human dignity. She stood up at a time when people were treated as a visible and is treated as invisible dispose of the and less than human. And she refused to accept that she demanded that farm workers, families and entire communities be treated with respect with fairness, when with humanity.
But it's not just about hstory right now. People are still fighting to be seen, still fighting to be treated with dignity, still fighting to be treated for their humanity. And that's what a load is. Matters in this moment. Her life reminds us that dignity is not guaranteed. It is something that we have to protect in how we treat one another in the systems we uphold values we've chosen to live in. Saint recognizing the Lord is with the day is not just symbolic. It is a declaration of who we are today and it says that we believe every person deserves to be seen to be respected and to be treated as fully human. We urge you to pass resolution. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you. So for 60 years slurs carried a secret that was not her shame to their. She carried it because she believed to so many women have been conditioned to believe that the cause was larger than her own That is what the picture up violence demands that women of color absorb quietly.
And so that powerful men can keep their pedestals. When Dillard's family spoke or trans, she did not do it to tear anything down, but she did it because she has always known that te movement's built on silence and suppression are not liberation movements throughout More of the same. And 95 with the same conviction she brought to the picket line and the bargaining table. She chose accountability over comfort.
That is not a footnote. 2 are like to see it is the fullest expression of w you know what it means to fight for workers who are told their labor has no value. We know what it means to show for communities are told are humanity is conditional. Dolores Huerta spent her life making sure those workers, those communities under said the sec - was not a slogan. It's a promise. We not just our admiration, but our own commitment to build to building movements where the of, example. Honest accountable, unafraid to name who causes harm, no matter how beloved their name and a singular vision towards our shared liberation. I just want to give an extra legislative out me to read those comments and just going read to excerpts from here, great job. They always say they have to be tie Spacey and that was definitely enticed by sea. Beginning in 1955, Jewelers. Huerta co-founded the Stockton chapter of the community service organization leading voter registration drives and civic engagement efforts for the Latina community.
At a time when those communities resistance is systemically shutout of political power. In 19, $62 for to Co founded the National Farm Workers Association which later became the United Farmers Farm Workers of America. One of the most consequential labor organizations in American history dedicated to securing fair wages, safe conditions and basic kidney for the workers whose labor feeds this nation. Lawyers for does years before carding boycott organizing, including national boycott, help reduce the California Agricultural Labor Relations Act in 1975. The first state law in the nation to recognize farm workers rights to collective bargaining. A landmark achievement of the labor movement achieved through community power, not charity. The last one to lure us where to give the labor movement one of its most enduring rally cries Si se puede. A declaration of collective power widely credited to her. That is echoed from the fields of California. Should streets of Saint Paul healing generations of workers, organizers and community leaders who fight for the dignity of working people.
I just really appreciate the opportunity to bring this under suspension. Feeling very emotional about a great job out to mean and I built my colleagues for for statements, but I move approval. Thanks so much. Cam, there's a motion for approval. Is there discussion of the motion? I want to say thank you so much for the represents. Here. To receive this honor. Thank you so much. Council member Kim for Bringing this history to surface and also eloquent Lee telling the story in truth and transparency. I because this year was the first time. Unfortunately, I should say that I heard about Dolores history and her legacy. So I do appreciate you you know, in granting this into Saint Paul City councils, expression of of of women, you know, as a woman of color who represents a spotty. It's really important that the truth is is told it. Also the efforts of so many women whose the backbones of our movements and this labor movement has also recognize and APRIL 10th is a really special day, not only for me, but my best friend.
Who's Ecuadorean is her birthday is APRIL 10th. And when I think about the legacy of her family having to migrate to Minnesota and they share the same type of history of being labor workers. They in farm farmers and no skills built and like agriculture and ensuring that insane pa that they can we protect them. They also have a voice and that they're also part of that movement. So thank you so much for recognizing this. Thanks, Billy. Any other discussion of the motion that in 2000 PRESIDENT, I want to say thank you to customer can also turn. Speakers at the as well for your work in bringing for the resolution here. It is very meaningful very grateful and honored to support it and just wanted to need that for me personally. I still remember when when I first saw that post at Dolores Huerta shared on Facebook about breaking the silence and just sharing about the very traumatic experience that you went through.
And to me, it was it was shocking. It was heartbreaking. And I can only imagine what somebody has gone just, you know, decades of a van that pain and in silence, but also the the up courage done. She said the fight all of us and wanted to just me like it's never too early to seak. Your truth to speak. Our truth. So it's really powerful. This is definitely really powerful of resolution and but I just like really living into just how pounding like storytelling how powerful to tell is that, you know, we have to continue doing and we leaders continue doing it so that we can give others commission to keep sharing their stories to I want to say thank you for bringing for the resolution here. Thanks PRESIDENT And the other comments motion. Otherwise, I just want to echo my colleagues. Thanks to you Kim, for your ladership and your courage in bringing this forward.
I want to thank our speakers as well. So really important time to be making sure that the story is told. And I'm hopeful that in months and years ahead, we will be telling both this part of story and many others at the same time. So thank you. With that. We have a motion on the floor for approval all in favor say aye. I all post 6 in favor. None opposed. The resolution is adopted item. Number 30's, final adoption of ordinance, 26 Dash, 17 administrative ordinance establishing the minimum qualifications for the vacancy for the position of fire chief. Pursuant to the provisions of Section. 12012.1 of the city charter. So this brings us to the ordinance section of our agenda. For those of you who don't join us every single week or tune in with our millions of viewers online, we always have 3 readings, at least of all of our ordinances. Our first reading is a staff report giving us basic context for what we're doing with the ordinance is proposing the second reading as a public hearing when we hear public comments on what's being proposed and the 3rd reading is final adoption to the final vote on that ordinance.
Sometimes we take more time. Sometimes we need additional weeks to consider additional amendments or to have more discussion. But at a minimum 3 anything you see before us for final adoption. That is an ordinance has already had at least 2 previous readings before it's being adopted today. So this item 30 is before us for final adoption. A look to as Coleman who is lead. Author. No, No additional amendments, no changes. Motion on the table for approval. Any discussion of the motion. Yes. Want to say I want to support just I congratulate all the robust conversations. I went into it having a chance to hear from like local. 21. I represent I was also the far fires United which African-American group fires apartment, where they're really excited for the to continue the legacy. You know, chief things for had left some really big shoes to fill. So thank you so much. Councilmember Coleman, particularly around making those amendments to the qualifications.
I think Israeli it's really important that we have these robust conversations just because, you know, these are really important leadership positions. And I do have a question. But just to follow up, you know, I I know this just stab wish the minimum qualifications. But as want to make sure on record is clear that this position is appointed by the mayor. Only right. There isn't a or is this a community-based interview process in same way that we also plan our chief? Yeah, thanks as we that's actually a great thing to daylight. So this position. Like only the police chief and the director of human rights and equal Economic Opportunity. Have it. More robust community process in our council has more also besides establishing the minimum qualifications, this council will also be establishing the membership of a selection committee made up of folks from the community. And then after that, that committee will make a recommendation to the mayor. will make an appointment and this body will approve it.
So there is another step along the way in vice PRESIDENT And his graciously agreed to leave the work establish that selection Thank you. Thanks no thanks for raising it. And any other discussion of motion. Seeing none all favor say Aye. I almost 7 in favor. None opposed the resident. The ordinance is adopted. Item number. 31 is ordinance 26 Dash 19 adding Chapter. 44 8, the Administrative Code Inc to training reporting and programming related to the seas relationship. A civil immigration laws and enforcement practices under administrative code chapter. 44? As I was saying on the previous item introduction to the section, we sometimes take just 3 weeks to approve ordinance. Sometimes we need more time than that and off. And that's when we have additional information that comes for that needs additional public comment for this item. We have received a memo from the city attorney's office which was also recommended by the city attorney's office to have the chance for public review and public comment on it.
So I for those of you who are here today for final adoption of this item. Unfortunately, we are not gonna be able to take a final vote on this today. We will b holding a public hearing on this reopening the public hearing and then we will continue that public hearing till next week because we always have to get folks week notice when we have a public hearing and our hope is to take a final vote on this item next week. And all very eager to do that. But we have to make sure that we give plenty of time for transparency and input when there's new information forthcoming. So that memo from the city attorney's office is attached to the record. Now for anyone who wants to review it, I'll take a motion from this coming to reopen the public hearing at this time. And we hope and we will hold a public hearing. And then again, we will play this over and continue the public hearing until next week.
So the people who aren't here right now know about it and can attempt to win. So this is a public hearing. If you First, we are to we first. We're going to vote to reopen the public hearing so much. And from this common to do that all in favor say Aye. Aye opposed 7 in favor. None opposed to public hearing is reopened. So this is a public hearing. If you are here to speak on this issue or if you'd like to speak on this issue because he didn't know there's going to be a public hearing that you're here now. You are. Welcome All right, seeing none the of public hearing to commercial going to continue the public You with coming I know this is sort of a last minute. So welcome. And for those who are here to testify any item for public hearings will just take a minute to to give the intro to that for public hearings.

But I did want to just run up here and say. I believe I speak for people at unit need those in saying that we are fully in support of this resolution and believe it really needs to be passed. So I would just encourage you to do so ask a quick question. Does that mean people be able testify next week?
Tank you so Thank you so much. Make sure to sign in. Anyone else here to testify or want to testify on the set? As this comes just asked me the reason for having to wait a week is exactly so that people can be of the public hearing either send e-mails or come and testify next week and then we will hope to take a final vote next week. And again, apologies that this was a last minute delay. All right, seeing that no one else is here to testify of take a motion from his common too late to continue the public hearing. And the matter over until. APRIL 22nd all in favor say Aye. It all 7 in favor. None opposed to public hearing is continue to APRIL 22nd item number 32 is ordinance. 26 Dash 20 leading chapter. 54 of the legislative code pertaining rental application fees. This ordinance is also the first for final adoption of look to lead author Ms Johnson from Ocean.
Thank I appreciate just being able to make this update. It's genuinely more of the. Make change that needs to happen in order to be able to prepare for temperatures. That goes into effect on MAY 14th. So with that, I move approval. Big question for approval. Any discussion of the motion? Seeing none all in favor say that I post 7 in favor. None opposed. The ordinance is adopted. And then number, 33 is final adoption of ordinance 26 dash. 21 updating chapter 13 of the administrative code pertaining to the Department of Safety inspections. This is also the force for final adoption. Ultimate Johnson from Ocean. And served all my comments previously. Kidding about next reality. Again, want to make sure that anything that was not currently covered and the. And the protections ordinance. But that is covered in chapter. 54 is now also being able 18. So with that, I move motion for approval. Any discussion of the motion this gap?

Michael, we all have experience in 2024, that was this really unsettling for many of us. I did receive some concerns from some my constituents. I have shared with them that they also not only can submit their complaints and live feedback through the qr code that present are provided from the event organizers. But they also can utilize our new policy system. And that's the way for the city to be able capture those complaints as you can hurt. As you hard from the event organizer, there was about 0 complaints that came from last year. But there I do want to make clear that there were complaints that did not go through. The proper channels, but you can always contact your council members on it. But we did see a huge, dramatic decline of complaints. I I want to support, you know, events and festivals. I won't say pause to be a place where people can have their they're concerts.

Welcome there are 2 items that under a shunt today.
The first number 65 Item number 65 is our latest. 26 dash. 44 ratifying the Field Special Tax Assessment for property at 6, 5 Fry Street. Ms Harman. And PRESIDENT, this is a and assessment for for and securing a property. In this particular case. I believe we're looking at and emergency call out with one board be secured. The please the boarding company to come in. It appears that there a swat raid at the property before them. Testimony in the legislative hearing indicated that the owner person that police are seeking the tenant in this case should be responsible for paying for the boarding and securing of the structure or the city who actually did the damage to it. A clean funding was provided to determine the city separately to determine any responsibility that exist. That as you know, the city would recompense from the property on the property tax rather than seeking separately from the tenant they have no obligation, property taxes. Thank you. And other questions from his Mormon before we open up the public. Doesn't look like. All right. This is a public hearing few years because item. Council James key and the
Property owner. This boarding took place without my knowledge or consent. Knowledge of it until after the fact. I was given the option. I what are the and could have done that myself or factors. In this property have not had any other businesses such as this during my ownership of frced entry. A low income residents I have for a long time like I have not had other instances like this. Really? I think the assessment and hole is I'm just I think any reasonable person would conclude that just the amount of the assessment is on just to put a $25 piece of plywood. Over a door. I think just under $500 is very excessive. I don't see the reason for this. Great thing about the situation. Just to be clear, you're what is your asks us? I would ask the entire Sussman the struck because they had no, I had no knowledge of this occurring and I deny any consent for this to be done to the property.
Thank you very much. Make sure to sign in. There anyone else here to speak to this? Seeing none. Take motion for his comment. Close the public hearing all in favor say Aye. a post 7 in favor. Not post a public hearing is close. Coming. Thank you for in just couple questions for this moment. And I think specifically helpful just have little about how we do emergency warning when that decision is made. Can some PRESIDENT Councilmember common emergency Boardings are called. In The fire department following fires by the police department and property needs to be open respond open already or inspections, mostly vacant buildings would be calling in in the case of an emergency situation. It portion of the assessment, is the emergency call out? It's not unlike calling out a plumber and an emergency basis. That's $250 just to get personal insight. The actual securing was the $60. So it's giving some of drive out there this.
This boarding occurred cats and I do have the police report of this. 17. 44 supported 6 in the evening when it's an emergency that use in this kind of situation where this raid, the police need to secure the site just quickly as possible. In order that they can move on to their next call. So it's considered emergency. You don't want to leave a site where there was great are the kind of criminal activity open to entry. And if there is in many cases, no effort to reach out to the property because of the exigent circumstances. So that's what we're looking at here. Thank you. And just to be clear, there's no set many circumstances there. That average doesn't take place. There's no requirement that the city take a deeper specific steps to notify property owner before they respond in an emergency like this. No, there is not. The school that I have a follow-up question actually as remember that there are sometimes when we do first contact the owner and then only if we don't get a rsponse.
We come for the boarding. Can you clarify the distinction? that would be more in a situation where? We have, for example, a fire and someone can be identified. You have city staff on scene for a longer period of time. There's property damage and there's a lot going on in terms of a raid in terms of gunfire in terms of other kinds of things that moving like that. It's extremely common to see. You know, a boarding right then and there if there were squatters inside of a construction they roasted out as it were. There would also be a securing right away, especially if there was any certify. Fire to keep warm right there. Kind of thing going on like that. So it's it is determined in the And then. With your commission other so. In terms of the responsibility when the damage to the property has been done by the city in pursuit of its official duties like spy trade, for example.
Where does the responsibility lie is that is determined to be with the property owner. That is something the property owner can submit a claim to the city for. And processed separately. And they mentioned claim was submitted time, just trying to follow the track a little bit. A claim form was provided as the owner indicated, he thought the city or the tenant should be responsible. If it is the time that he believes is responsible, then that would be a private claim against the tenant handled court. For if the city's response for that would be filing thing having it reviewed by the city attorney's office and arguing that out. So it's possible that we would approve this assessment today because the boarding work was done. The cost was incurred. That does not mean that the property owner can still claim that to be reimbursed by the city war separately. Privately as a civil matter, the tenant. Indeed, that can be handled through clean and separately, the record of this assessment can go forward to district court.
Of the files? That would there's Written guidelines on how that can happen when it needs to be filed in Sullivan. I think my last question with my colleagues, permissions high for the for We heard the testimony about not receiving notice until after the flooding had happened. What is the timeline after which much time do we allow to pass before notification icing? We notify the property owner that has occurred within some time frame afterwards. What is that? The next business tariff coming business stay as when the ltter is sent out, indicating I for, you know, the building was boarded. There's otherwise secured. So they send it out right away. And they say there is a charge it's going to be associated with this coming forward to assessment down the line. As enter question of curiosity, since we're now learning more about the situation here. And I also just want to say to support on the council members.
Amendment bar. Adoption. So just I'm curious because know there's like that the aside there's U. S. Assessment. charged vendors curious around what was said and the testimony was there is damage is from the raid. So is there. a certain channel you go through? If you're looking to get, you know, support around, like, what are those damages that are separate from just the boarding rate at match? And I don't. And wish you the pictures to see what level of damage was done by Curious to know when a rate is conducted and say doors need to be broken into or whatever. What is the follow-up? And is that just only solely through like spd? Is there any? You know, financial, our coordination and the aftermath, I can imagine with now your property damage and now Being fit with a bill that has different apartment. Just curious to know these response after Reid has been connected. I have not heard of although there could be cases where the city has paid for property damage.
I don't know typically in this kind of situation, if the city would not cover. I have not heard of the doesn't mean it didn't happen, but that's not in my experience. I would say this is a kind of a claim you could bring to your insurance company, perhaps. But it is not considered the responsibility of the general tax payer, too, cover the cost for a raid and a property. That's the reason it's cold out separately as a nuisance, emergency boarding. Questions from his mom I said look to common to see if there's a motion. Thank you. Foreman. Thank you, MR. Murdoch you for being here to testify today. I would move adoptions recommendation of a legislative hearing. Officer think that there our whole variety of questions in a situation like this, many of which raised at this table when we sit in this rule on a matter like this attack was a judicial role. I'm looking for either. Is there some misunderstanding of the facts?
We have the facts wrong or has the law been misapplied suspects? I think in this case it seems like there's the actual agreement clear understanding that the law as it exists was applied it to those facts and getting questions of it. Does the city their liability here are good correct ones. But this isn't for him to get those. And just to the question of sort of the amount due just really want to emphasize that when we are living these assessments, they're punitive assessments. They aren't when a multiplying them by 10, it's just for the cost of the work has was describing given that I think it is appropriate in this case for the city to recoup their costs move approval. So the motion is for approval. Is there any discussion of that motion? Seeing none all in favor say Aye. Aye, all host 7 in favor. None opposed. The resolution is adopted. As more months.
PRESIDENT The second case is item number. 85. And number 85 early age. 26 dash 40 ratifying the Field Special Tax Assessment at 6 to 2 prior Avenue North. Council PRESIDENT, this is very much second verse the same as the first we have an emergency boarding following a raid and this case. I don't have a police report that indicates a swat raid. What I have as a police report that refers to a previous case. Number. And it indicates also that's the disposition was advised to assist the previous case number is under investigation. And so we do not have access to that file at all. We can't see that. What I can tell you is this was a raid that happened of the property and following the raid. There was also the need for the property to be secured in this particular case, the secure meant happens. Sorry. The opening was secured with metal fasteners 2 doors. That was 2 doors at $60, $120 in emergency call up fee is $250.
According to the report. And about 6.30, in the morning. questions before we hope the public. This is a public hearing. If you're here to testify on item, please come on up. Welcome. I'm Nathan are built on the property owner at 62 Pryor Avenue. OCTOBER's 7th of last year. There was a spotted there are looking forward, not a tenant of mine, but someone in association with that tenant from listening. The last person up here, I guess I would like notify the and now understanding that that's not something that the city does.
I think it should be something that the city tries to. I would give him the keys. They could have walked straight in the door. And done whatever they would like the second whatever is right next somebody could have called could have been there. 10 minutes to secure the building as needed. My one of my biggest problems was that the building was not adequately secured. So they did take a couple metal brackets and screw them into the door frame and into the door wth number 2 Phillips crew that somebody something that anybody walking down the street with a screwdriver could just open up. So we're talking about building with thousands and thousands dollars of construction equipment in something that is a highly stolen item. And when the swat team came in, they drove over 2 sets of fences, one to gain entry into front part of our lot. And then over us, basically six-foot fence with barbed wire from the slot rips truck straight through it.
Those areas were not secured at all. Leaving a ton of vehicles and construction equipment just there. We were never notified mine. I just heard that the city some something out within one day. You never saw that letter has actually notified a week later by my tenant. That's something that happened at which time we came in and found gets drove over the building, poorly secured. And now we have an assessment upwards of $500 and all they did was put out 10 bucks worth of Still brackets 2 different doors. Didn't adequately secure the building. We're just sort innocent victim here trying pick up the pieces from all. I think that either the Saint Paul slot. So Tampa, please, whoever came through should be responsible for their damages. They came in way too hot and basically broke down doors after they had the suspect in custody. I'm here today to just ask you to please don't acessible. But this.
Thank you very much. Make sure to sign in. Anyone else here speak on this item. Another question from a skull and public hearing all in favor say Aye. opposed 7 in favor nor opposed the public hearing is close. And after you're done testifying, by the way, you're welcome to stay there. Can also take a seat again. We'll call you back if we need to and no additional questions happy to questions are comments for moment. Does not look like Okay. Must go on for a motion. In that case. I would also I think my previous comments up high in the situation, I will say having heard this now from 2 different test fires today that it is. It would be well worth our time to look into one the city make that emergency termination versus one property owner is given notice. And I think hearing that there are some situations where city staff is on scene long enough in the instance perhaps a fire to get people advance notice in turn, have a better communication plan that.
Very curious if there are ways that we can better operational Hey, Anderson, that they're like the tradeoffs at the, but I think it would be worth looking into making sure that we have that balance right. That said, given where we are with with the current policy in current practice is good move approval here. Okay. Thank you as common and I support that and I know but to both of our testifiers, I really appreciate you coming out. I'm sorry that this, that this happened to you and your properties and I things come in expressed it really well that we're in situation acting almost acting like a court quasi-judicial and we're considering cases related to someone's property and we have to take the law as it is and apply it fairly. But that doesn't mean that we're not also hearing some of the concerns that you're raising about how the law is. And when we take off our court hats and put back on our legal hats, which we can do at a future and a future meeting after consideration.
This is often the kind of thing that does lead to policy changes. So I think coming year questions about both notice. And then also I heard ms Mormons. And I think it's important to note that claims can be filed against the city for damages to the property. And so I I certainly hope that those who testified today can be assisted with that process has been made aware, had to do because I think that that that those concerns that I heard today are also very valid. With that. There's a motion on the table. Is there further discussion? Seeing none all in favor say aye. I I'll post 7 in favor. None opposed. The resolution is stopped This woman's anything else for separate consideration?
Not to my knowledge. All We will hold about a hearing on the balance of legislative hearing agenda. If you're here for any of the other legislative hearing items. Some number, 42 to one, 14. This is your public hearings. If you're here for any of those items, please come on up. Seeing none. Take a motion from vice PRESIDENT 2 close the public hearing ad approve the items with the recommendation of legislative hearing officer and any amendments there of. All in favor say Aye. I'll post 7 in favor not oppose. The resolution is for the legislative hearing. Consent agenda is adopted as amended. Brings us to the end of our meeting. And I would look to my colleagues to see if there's any news from the warts. As PRESIDENT. You have a couple of fence to share in the east side.
